Standard items are prepared in about one to two business days. Personalized items take two to three business days.

Delivery takes an average of four to eight business days. Alaska Puerto Rico and Hawaii may require additional time.

The return period is fourteen days from the delivery date.

Returns are available only if the product arrives defective or damaged.

Production begins once you give your final approval.

Yes as long as you notify us before the design goes to print. Changes must be requested within about six hours after your final approval.
